Planwell Education Services has been providing education to our customers in the IT Service Management space for over 10 years. We maintain training facilities around Asia Pacific. To ensure we provide the best training classes possible, all of our instructors complete extensive classroom training and certification exams for the technologies and processes they teach.  Rotation of our instructors between field assignments and the classroom keep them up-to-date and ensure they bring real-world experience and a practical understanding of their subjects.

Planwell Education Programme

More organisations are looking at ways to cut back on travel expense, and having their staff spend less time away from their jobs.  Planwell’s Education Programme provides a method of keeping your staff up to date with the latest training offerings around our solution set without them having to leave their desks.  This is an affordable alternative to sending staff on external training courses reducing the cost of productivity of your employee’s time.

Planwell Education Program training courses run between ½ Day to 1 Day. These courses are developed and delivered by our highly experienced professional services team via live webex sessions these courses will cover training on topics such as:

Patch Central

Planwell Support Team will share via live webex sessions R&D findings on patches, understanding which issues the latest patch addresses and provide guidance on how to best apply these patches

Planwell Professional Services team will present 90 minute webinar sessions that will be topic focused on current updates from the ITSM market space these will cover topics such as:

  • What’s New solution releases
  • Presentations from our highly experienced Subject Matter Experts on key areas of our solutions

Support Tips & Guidance

Planwell Support team with their combined customer experience will share via live webex sessions tips and guidance on key trends and issues that have been identified in the supported solutions these will cover topics such as:

  • Common incidents and their symptoms how have resolved them what you can do to proactively avoid them
  • Troubleshooting your system more quickly and effectively
  • Maintaining your system version  

Recorded Knowledge Library

Planwell Education Program training is delivered live via webinar sessions these sessions provide interaction with a trainer giving the audience the opportunity to engage with other learns and ask questions of the facilitator. All sessions will be recorded so that when time pressures are great customers have the ability to access this information from our Recorded Knowledge Library.

Patch Central, Planwell Techxperts and Support Top Tips & Guidance sessions will also be recorded, and made available to all our customers who have a current support contract with Planwell.
